Great place to live|Recommended: YesThi is the best place ever, great place to live, very good location, a lot of parking available, maintenance people fix problems as soon as possible, the staff are very nice, helpful and professional. I can receive my packages in a secure lock for my convenience. this place is very clean , beautiful and peaceful . Rally, I love it.

Quickly losing patience with the reponse time|Recommended: YesHas potential but there needs to be some improvements to safety and maintenance.
Look like a Hotel|Recommended: YesFirst of all I have to say that my son said he feels like he’s living in a hotel and I think the same as well. The staff and the mainance people are so attentive. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good and beautiful place.

Looks nice needs improvement awful windows|Recommended: NoRooms r a nice size. Windows don’t open more than 3 inches good closet space
Can hear neighbors. Security systems broken 95 of the time. Pool and pool area not clean people speed throughout the property must b very careful .
Great Property|Recommended: YesI love living in Cherry Hill Towers. I feel safe, the grounds are beautiful and my neighbors are friendly. I feel like I get a city life in a suburban area. The new management is attentive and friendly. They're upgrading a lot of amenities and the look of the property.

A Convenient, Friendly location to live in|Recommended: YesI enjoy my apartment model and its location. It has been quiet except for hearing traffic in the corridors but that's not so bad. It's very pet friendly. I also enjoy the convenience of the gym and business center.

My experience with Cherry Hill|Recommended: YesIt was amazing, building parking swimming pool and of course it’s a management in leasing office, it’s a perfect place to live, I have only good vibes from this people.
